Bypass/change proxy for certain URLs

Mobile IPs are slow and I think for static contents like images or CSS files, no IP check is being made.
Is it possible to bypass/change the proxy of a project for certain urls based on a regex?

Important requests - still project proxy
Static files - no proxy/different proxy

You can try using --proxy-bypass-list argument - all requests to domains (and domain masks) specified with this argument will be done through your real ip address. More info could be found here - https://www.chromium.org/developers/design-documents/network-settings

Attached sample project. The argument will work only in ZennoPoster 7.4.0.0 and above.
