ZP Unable to Go above 20 threads?

i have no idea why but ZP is refusing to go above ~20 threads. I have 200 private proxies, a server with 32gigs ram and zp is the only program running on it. it just hovers around 10-20 threads on a very simple template. as is typical support is no where to be seen on skype so im hoping to get a response on here.

i have maximum threads on zp set to 100 and on the template its set to 100 yet still nothing.

any help is much appreciated

If template are simple and execution takes ~ 1 min. zennoposter can not open new base.exe in that short time.
You have to add loop in template.
