Wordpress website link ends with %e2%80%8e

Hello,
I have automated a WordPress blog using zennoposter. But on the live website, this %e2%80%8e code is added between the URL. But on WordPress, it's not visible.

When i googled, It shows as it because i copied from MS Word or WordPad or similar editor. I have used zennoposter to build the url using text processing. As per by reserch i need to remove hidden UTF-8 character.

Please help me by finding me the best solution

Try process this url with Text processing>UrlEncode or UrlDecode operation.
