In ZP 3, this was the way you looked for a text, so as to put it into an expression. It's not enough with knowing what comes before and what comes after. From what I see, I would have to copy all the DOM texts I get in the recording project to notepad and search there, but surely that can't be right? Once recorded and in the editor, the regexp designer never shows anything to edit and the search option doesn't search for anything.
