What happened to my instance?

Since yesterday i can't debug my templates cause i keep getting massage "No page tab in the instance. Instance 50505:127.0.0.1" on my projectmaker log.....i try to uninstall and install it back but it still got the same error....3 days earlier i didn't have that kind of problem when i try to debug my templates it all happen yesterday!!
