VPS requirements to run ZP (and CM)

Hello,

still using ZP on my laptop and desktop PC but now want to move to a VPS. So I would like to know what are the reommended specifications for a Windows VPS to run ZP (and maybe later CM) on it?

What VPS providers are you guys using and which one would you recommend?

I have VPS on Contabo, with 50 templates, but one my client must go on dedicated server on Hetzner with 2 templates This is various, depends of templates....

@ aleksa77 Thank you for sharing your experience There are no problems with SEO-software on Contabo and Hetzner? Heard that some providers see ZP and other SEO-software as "spamming-tools" and close accounts...

Thank you rostonix for yor hint. Heard something like this from other people and also that they have problems using theire IM tools on Hetzner. Okay, Hetzner is a Germany hoster so does it surprise? Same with Contabe, they are also German-based, so I'm careful about them. Their prices seems tempting, but when I have my VPS/Dedi closed once a week the effort is in no relation to the revenue for most people.

Currently I moved to greencloudvps and in the meantime they are doing very well (got upgrade for free on my package, instant activation, they don't care too much what are you doing on their VPs, fast support...). Price is also okay and I hope they work well in the future.

Would appreciate other experiences in using ZP and other IM tools using different VPS/Dedi providers.

Yeah, Russian providers are the best. Especially for security reasons...

Thank you Rostor for sharing your experiences with us. Looks like a very powerful setup. A heavyweight CPU, many RAM and enough storage. Also the splitting into 3 (hardcore) VPS The price looks also decent.
Checked their website and it seems that you get the same hosting/dedi packages on their differrent country sites and also on theire "International €/$" site (but on that site significantly cheaper!). So I would recommend to compare the prices of the same hosting package between your country site and their general "World" site by clicking on the country flag on the right upper menue!
