Should think about getting active windows/tabs

Example i have in my workplace Projects, element window, browser window and some others, but problem is when you work with Elements in example copy some stuff from there and go back to project window, then to get projects window active you should click on it two and sometimes even more times.

Basically to get windows active working very bad...
