Remove just-used-for-activation email from mailbox?

Greetings Budds:-)

The problem here is that when I tick to remove emails after processing, it removes them all. Now I have 5 projects (or more) and each is different blog platform but I use single catchall email for all of them.

In such case it might remove emails That arent activated yet !

If i dont have it ticked, i will have later 2 same emails from the same platform and taking link wont work neither.

How would you COPE?

Hi,
It's not possible to delete just single email.

I can suggest using separate email lists for different projects. Or just leave emails inbox and do not delete them. When downloading download only lastest days emails, to avoid long download times.

Another option is to Bulk Download all emails and then regex all of them for all needed confirmation links, and confirm them.

same. it would be great if we can delete or even better MOVE the email JUST used to a separate folder
