Recaptcha, Capmonstercloud and proxies

I using Stormproxies, and this service works with IP auth, If I add Storm proxies rotation IP into Recaptcha module for CapmonsterCloud, I will need to add IP address where is CapmonsterCloud right?

And the second question, if I do not want to use same proxies for the project and for Recaptcha ( or not to use proxies for the project at all ), before Recaptcha module I can set proxy, and after that set proxiy blank, right?

CapMonster Cloud solves recaptcha on its own proxies.
