Purchase with VISA for Pro - Charged but not applied to Account

Hi

I paid $302 CDN attempting to increase my balance in my account so that I could upgrade from LITE to PRO. I was told the transaction didn't go through because I missed a phone call from Plimus. I went back and tried again.. this time VISA called and informed me the first charge did indeed go through!

Can someone please explain what's going on?

False alarm. I missed the Plimus phone call and they said they have declined the charge. They said that it was a temporary hold and will clear in a few days. Then I guess I'll try again :rolleyes:
