[Project Maker] Index was out of range with reading list

Hello,
I have a problem with loading file from directory. Below is screen from my project maker:

1. I'm getting file list from directory and putting to list from point 6.
2. I'm counting elements of list 6.
3. If more than 0 I'm going to point 4, if 0 I'm displaying alert and end template.
4. I'm getting first row from list 6 and deleting after getting. I'm putting taken row into list 7 into file path.
5. I'm getting first row from list 7 and here I have error with index out of range.

Anybody Can tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Here are three steps right after the switch (which makes consideration of the previous actions irrelevant, in my view) -
1. taking a line from list 1
2. saving this line to list 2
3. taking this same line from list 2.
I haven't noticed any problems, works as it should.
