Profile Folders not working

I converted all my normal profiles with the profile folder converter but when I try to run an instance I get the following error message:

"Running the WebBrowserSettings Error checking profile-folder compatibilityMust specify valid information for parsing in the string."

When I use an empty Profile Folder it works, but now I have to log into all of my accounts again. I would like to re-use my old cookies from the .zp profiles. What could be the cause of the incompatiblility error?
