problems with captcha solver

i am having a problem with the captcha solver. i am use deathbycaptcha and instead of inputting the captcha i get this error: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. how do i fix this?

i get an error with decaptcher as well, i know the username and password are correct for both captcha solvers
