No response error

hi guys, where can i find some documentation on what error codes in the software mean? I get a "no response" error when trying to use it with GSA SER.

p.s. testing the built int captcha with GSA SER setting works so there is an connection....

no response usually means captcha was not recognized.
What type of captchas are you solving from GSA?
Could you please attach the screenshot.

I already got the latest update.

I'm trying the test captcha of GSA SER and also the demo which can be tried from it which does an Recaptcha test. both actually failed. Same result with RankerX

Things already tried:
- I first tried it with dedicated proxies but I got this result
- Then tried test without proxies and home ip, same result.
- Tried Firefox/Chrome/HTTP version.
- Tried the last 2 versions of the software also same result
- Tried recognize with GPU (Nvidia 1070 GTX) also same result
- Increase the overal timeouts and waiting for element to load by 50%, same result
- Increase maximum memory to 800, same result

I think there must be something I am missing or maybe doing wrong. any help is very much appreciated.

that's pobably because you had more than one trial versions of the program.

Ah yes, I did a trial with personal account then decided to purchase it for business so different signups, after the trial the licence was good and after restart it worked again .

P.s. I got 10 dedicated proxies, what are safe settings a bit for chrome ? Is the default good because I do get banned ip quite often now. How can I improve Whit as much as possible before purchasing more proxies ?
