No Connection to Authorization Server

Updated to ZP 5.10.0.2 today but ZP is showing the following error and quits automatically.

The older 5.7.1 works fine on the same machine (clone). userarea.zennolab.com is also accessible in IE.



Tracert userarea.zennolab.com

and userarea-us


The hardware is already activated in Userarea.
This is a clean installation of Windows 7 with no firewall/anti virus installed.



Please let me know how I can solve the problem without purchasing another update package, as ours has just expired and our company does not have the budget for another update package this year.

Is the problem still not solved?
Please check your network configuration and make sure it does not block connection to our server, restart your router and other network equipment.
