Need help: uploading files in template

Hi guys.

there is a site https://www.markt.de/inserieren.htm where you can place ads like on craigslist. If you go on there, chose a category you are redirected to the Ad-Page. There is a button "DURCHSUCHEN" which you can click in order to upload multiple files (images). I don't know how to access that functioniality with my template. Anyone has an idea?

Just wondering if there is something small missing from the forum posts ? I have the "rise" on the upload button itself as well as the branch submitted on the forum. This is getting just crazy as I'm sure you're aware of the frustration. Any help would be great.
