list ranges not wroking with 1-end?

list processing >> get line >> number >> 1-end
0line=title
1-end line=content

I tried many ranges, it can only get 1 line, not all lines from 1-end.
it looks like take line can only get 1 line from the ranges.
not as what it says "

• When you need to take several lines.

I find one of my previous template, this is how i get this task done.
get first line as title and delete line
merge list items >> seperator >> specified in the file >> content variable

so is it wrong in your wiki page?
