My Kaspersky Anti Virus is refuse access to Capmonster with the following threat:
"Trojan.Win32.Jorik.Shakblades.dqe"

I want to know is it save to exclude... anyone ?

Do you use the latesr actual base of Kaspersky? Since I use it as well and has no such a problem. Try to update the base.
