IS there a COMPLETE TUT on how to use profiles?

I'd like to completely understand how to use profiles, I have looked and found only very short tut on it. Is there anywhere
I can go to learn how to use this feature completely?

I need to know how to bind basically everything to a given username so I can keep all info the same between different templates.

1) Can I bind other variables to a profile like a proxy/password/email address? If so how?

2) How could I attach other variables to a specific profile in a list for example how to make sure a specific profile always gets a specific IP?

You can open profile file as archive (7zip or winrar) and see what data is stored in profiles. If you need any extra data you save it manually. For example in txt file with the same name as profile. And take data manually from file after that.

Seems to be pretty bugged out when loading profiles.
Runs fine for awhile then stops loading profiles for some reason

Do you got any errors or talking about loosing active session on site (logout)? If the last, then this cookie probably can't be used any more longer

Actually, it messed up once but ran well all last night after a PC reboot so maybe not as big of an issue as I thought.
