how to transform these combination?

I have a list about the combination of several variables, e.g.
{-Variable.first-}{-Variable.last-}
{-Variable.first-}.{-Variable.last-}
{-Variable.first-}_{-Variable.last-}
{-Variable.first-}-{-Variable.last-}
I will take a line random, and fill in, and every variable have the real value.

But they can't change to real value, just still these combination of several variables.
I want to know how to transform these combination.

Thank you, but i need that. e.g. {-Varible.first} = nathan {-Variable.last} =liship, then it will display: nathanliship or nathan.liship, nathan_liship, but right now it display: -Variable.last- -Variable.first-

you forgot to add "-" to make it a variable
{-Variable.first-}{.|-|_}{-Variable.last-}
this will work..
