How to stop downloads with Instance.StopDownloads(); ?

Hello, Zennoposter takes a very long time to finish download tasks even if the file is already downloaded.

Can someone please make an example how to use

new method Instance.StopDownloads();

I try to achieve that zenno checks if file already exists and then stops the download task.
