How to input email form a .txt file in zenno poster 4 ?

I have a list of emails in a .txt file which I would need to be used while registering.
How can I process that?

oh I understand now, I should add a tabe name like:page or just select the first one.

one more thing, I add "delete the line after take" and it seems zenno takes a different line each time but doesnt remove the lines which are used in the .txt file.
I have also switched on and off "save change list to a file" but its still the same.
