How to create a loop to navigate from a list

Hello, I am new here. I am a heavy user of ubot but because of its limitations now i have decided to move to Zennoposter that is much more versatile.

My qestion is how can i create a loop to navigate from a list in a .txt file.
Also if you can direct me to good tutorials on account creation and saving data in files would be helpful
