How do I reveal a ProjectMaker bug without exposing the website?

I am having trouble uploading an image on a website and more likely it's PM's browser fault as I can do that on every other browser.

Just to make it clear, even if recording or not, it does not upload the image. This happens on a particular (popular) website and I'm pretty sure I've met this issue before.

So the real question is: Where should I send a bug report if I don't want to expose the website in question?
