How can I change my IP from ZP (DSL)?

Is there any way I can somehow reboot my router via ZP and get a new IP then
verify it has indeed been changed before continuing?

If so how is this done, anyone have an example?

What router do you have ?

It's a 2 wire SBC Yahoo DSL router/gateway. Actually I did find how to reboot it, from ZP but it looses track of whats going on (where it was) after it reboots and program breaks.
Someone told me I need to run an external batch file maybe I go that route unless there is a way with ZP I don't know of.
