i want to update my computer and my choice fell between amd a4-3400 and core i3-3110
i3 is beter performans 50% but amd seem to me more promising))
i do not know what to do help me please with select
i need to run 50 thread

I do not think you will be able to run 50 threads on neither of those configurations.
Except if you have a very simple template.

AMD have tree letters, Intel have five.
If you order by string, AMD will stay in first.
If you order by string lenght, Intel will be first.
If you sum count of letter value in number Intel will be first.
If you want to put all letters to upper case AMD will win.
If you want to put all letters to lower Intel will win.

Consider use case instead of a lot of if's.
I think you can compare in a lot of other statements, I give to you five first comparisons who I have in my mind.
