Do multiple threads in the Project Maker share the same Global deposit or is there an instance for every thread?

There is no English version of "Macros" section
When you increase your global counter to "+1" all threads use result of this change.
Standart counter - each thread has each own counter.
Global counter - all thread has one counter.

Also it would seem that Global Deposit settings are not saved with Templates but need to be setup separately inside of ZennoPoster?

If you need to make tpl easy you can set global settings manual in ZP, but you can also create it via your tpl, it's difficult
