Easiest way for a newbie to learn Zennoposter? Can it do this?

Hi All,

I just joined the forum and I know nothing about Zennoposter.
I'm not even sure I should spend any time learning it but I will at
least give it whirl.

What would be the most efficient way of learning it?

Also, before I get started I would like to know if it would be possible for
Zennoposter to visit websites such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot,
etc. and to let me know when the price of an item has increased?

Last but not least - and now that you know what I want - do you feel
a home-spun-and-green-newbie (such as myself) would be capable
of building the templates Zennoposter would need to accomplish the
above tasks?

Otherwise, if you think it would be very hard for us newbies, where
would you suggest I go to get a third party to do it for me?

What I need however is "Zennoposter 101" that will
at least allow me to get a mental idea of what it is and
if I would be able to use it...eventually.

We are talking about absolute don't-know-nothing newbie
here.

Here are my qualifications:

a) Never wrote any code
b) Wouldn't know a variable even if it bit me!
c) Ditto for expressions
d) All 3 above apply to most terms associated
with Zennoposter

So, there you have it. I'm not even a wanna-be,
more like a never-been!

I don't doubt that I can learn, but I must start at
a level consistent with my degree of knowledge.

Is there such a learning program?

Major part of our clients are not programmers and never wrote any code.
ZennoPoster doesn't require that kind of knowledge in order to start using it.
But you need to read bunch of info, watch videos, analyze sample projects.
There's no way to learn ZP in hour or so with simple manual since it has a lot of functions and all users has their own logics for template creation.

You do not need to know how to code to create templates. But having that knowledge just makes it lot more easier.
Zennoposter deals with logic mainly. for ex: You want to create a template that registers at a website - 1. record Register process - 2.validate email - 3.save login credentials.
break the task to smaller job and work on each individually.

If you still have issues contact member bigcajones and join the skype group. You can ask all your crazy doubts there

Thank you zeuz and rostonix, you input is most appreciated.

However, it seems that even with the most lucid training it could take me a month
to just simply become familiar with Zennoposter.

My gut feels like the above timeline is pretty much on the money and I don't have
1 month to dedicate to learning Zennoposter. I'm a very busy person and I realize
I don't have the time...why drive myself nuts?
