To solve the problem, please fo the following:
1) Check Processes in Task>Manager and make sure that Connector.exe is installed and running correctly (note it works only on 64-bit systems).
2) Check Regional and language standard settings - language for non-unicode programs. Our software supports only english language.
3) Use only english language country proxies. If you use proxy from another county, for example from China, that won't work.
4) Use the updated C# snippet in ZennoPoster, we have just corrected the code in the article -

5) Do not use mobile browser user-agents.
