Add support for private proxies

I really would like to see a way to use private proxies within ZP4 (not Set Proxy function).

Maybe an import and "DON'T RECHECK" option.... my private proxies start at 30/30 and within 12 hours are at 0/30. I have to restart Zenno every time. Very annoying. I'm using the Use Proxies (without deleting) setting too.
