Ability to write action comments in action setting box.

Hi,

Not sure if this had been suggest before.
It will be great for lazy user like me if we can enter comments at the same time we are setting an action. Instead of having to right click on action again to access comment box.

Oh, and ability to rename list and table in the setting box too.
