Scraped List is not clearing

Hello, I am using a regex to grab a list of items. However I noticed when i clear the .txt file that I have the list being exported to and then rescrape. It is putting in the same data from the previous scrape. Am I missing something here? I have clearing cookies and cache on but no matter what it pulls the same data.

What the reason to clear file manually if you can just remove all elemens from list by using list processing action.

Well so I can take the list and use it for another task

The main issue is the same data keeps showing up even if I am using different data to scrape with
