Proxy checker runs for 30 second then light turns orange

Hi all, Im getting quite pi$$ed off with ZP proxy checker. Its loaded up with sources, then i hit start and it starts to work. It works for about 30-45 seconds, then the status light goes from green to orange. My internet connection is fine, i have also disabled my AV(avast). Im running XP pro. Please can someone help before i smash my computer up.

Could it possibly be portforwarding?

Is port forwarding the problem? Never had this problem before. Its just started as im working in spain. Anybody? Its really driving me nuts!
