problems with Zennobox

hi,
my zennnobox failed to start any project. it always says: Zennoposter failed to complete project c:\users\fg\documents\zennolab\zennobox\perchasedproducts\[email protected]\kkkk.xmlz.
the project has two step only. so i am sure that the products good.
what is the problem with it?

PS: i uninstalled the zennoposter, then installed the zennobox in the same computer.
is this the problem ?

Hi, Rostonix
The same problems happens again and again these days.
the zennobox can't run any projects.
i am crazy about this.
i can't sell any bots to my customers until the problems solved.
so, please help me out....
here are some details of the problem
1, most of my customers can't run the bot with zennobox; but two customers can run the bots well by zennobox. so the bot should be ok.
2, Zennobox failed to complete projects. but i install zennoposter on the same computer, the zennoposter run well . so it seems that the computer should be ok.
3, Anti-virus software? NO. i reboot the computer. and it had no Anti-virus software......
4, NO logs put out with the erro. the problems

What email did you use? The same as here on forum? *****[email protected] ?
in the log file<nonCriticalErrors.txt>, it said:

+ Let me know if your ticket which wasn't received had any links to file hosting services. Maybe Google block these links .

i finally found out the ticket board. the project had been sent.
My Ticket: #HNQ-373-84132

When you find problem please tell us is this some custom problem or some bug, becouse i had similar problems with instalation zennobox.
