Noob Question: Always Set Action Blocks Tab's Focus to "Active"?

Is there a way to set ZP to always use that "active" thingy in action block tab's focus? I usually have it set on "page"

And I sometimes loop the project once or twice (it checks if there are more web 2.0 accounts on current platform to submit posts to)

During second loop or something it fails because of blocks that were set to tab name (page by default) and I do not always remove popup pages and do not switch to page.

Do you add action blocks via Recoding or manually? Because if you set block manually, it is focused on active tab, but in record mode on tab by name.
