No Correct Uri Address

I'm using the help wizard to import proxies from public lists but when I put http://proxysiteurl.com it gives me and error saying no correct uri address. I know how to use copy and pasted proxies but is there a way to grab from a proxy website everytime?

put your urls in a text file and import it that way. Works better.
