Launching ZennoPoster5 problems

Hello,
I am a new user of your software ZennoPoster 5. I have installed it on my computer on 30th of May and after a few days bought a license (Lite version). The product was registered for the email of my boss while the software is installed on my computer (as I am a person responsible for using it) and it's the only copy in the company. It was working fine but recently I have problems with launching both ProjectMaker and ZennoLab - it just doesn't work.

I have installed the demo version on my computer (I thought that after registering the license it will work fine) - is it the cause why it doesn't work any more? I asked my boss if she got any e-mail from you with a link to full version but she didn't.

Could you help me with this issue?

Ok, she found the e-mail! But there is another problem - in this panel "Purchased products" there is just a message saying "No data to display" <- what does it mean?

The content in the e-mail says:
Thank you for your interest to our product!
