Instances hang after changed to ADSL

Hi,

I'm facing the problem that kind of hard to understand.

Today I tried to switch from my regular cable connection to a new ADSL line.
new line has pretty good speed and I ordered it specifically to run all bots...

I've been running some templates for months without much problem, but after switching to new connection instances hang after 5 mins of running, even on reduced number of threads.

weird.. I switched back to cable - everything runs smoothly - 10, 20 threads without a problem.

Is there any settings that might be change in this situation? Can anybody at least explain what might be the problem here?

May be the count of supported connections is less then with cable (where it is restricted by OS only)
