Input Settings Wont Show Up

Hey,
take a look at this.

Only the Text Type appears in Zennoposter. I added a Default Value before and it didn't work, so i remove it and try but still nothing. Is this a bug?

But i found the problem

You must indicate in the name of the parameter all possible options, such as:
Proxy type {HTTP|SOCKS4|SOCKS5}

I confuse Select with Checkbox
