How to check if a page is loaded?

I am trying to create an account creation template. The problem I have now is I can't check if the registration is successful.
I want a function to check after I enter click the register button , it will bring me to the account management
page or not. If registration is successful I will store the login and password into a txt file, otherwise I want to check if any info has problem and resubmit again.
How to do this? Thanks.

You can use "Check for text presence" function while you record template.
The last action of this function is IF action.
If you page will contain text that you're looking for, action will go through green exit.
Otherwise through red one.
