How does the IF command work?

Sorry about this noob question, but I just can't seem to figure out the IF command.

I want to do if

{-FieldData.FieldData-|-●3●3●1●0●2●9●-|-≡8≡5≡7≡0≡6≡7≡3≡5≡8≡-} = "Hello"

But when I put that in into the logic operation module it doesn't output anything...any idea somebody please?

Have you tried with "==" instead of "="?
