Get Auth Credentials !

Hi,

For the second time none of my scripts were executed because of a popup window asking for Auth Credentials.

This is a MAJOR issue, my client is very upset, he lost lot's of money because the scripts did not get executed when they were supposed to, and I am in trouble.

This is a huge single point of failure.

Could you please fix that as soon as possible ?

It happened the first time with the previous version of zenno, basically if I click on the "Ok" button, the popup comes back right away and prevents the program from starting.
If I click on the "Cancel" button, the popup disappears, and then I can start the program normally.

Then I did the update for the latest version of zenno (current) and this happened again today. So I clicked again on cancel and then I was able to start zenno and launch my scripts.

Between the first time and second, it has been around 2 weeks.

Since it happened on 2 differents versions of zenno, do you still suggest to reinstall ?

Don't know if it helps (or if it is related to your auth servers), but zenno stopped working this morning at 6:28am (UTC +1) (the last time one of my scripts wrote something in a file and they write every minute) and in the baseLog file there is 2017-07-05 07:51:36.7783|Redundan base.exe found. Pid 10664 Killing...|

It also may be antivirus, firewall blocking connection to authorizatioin server.
And other versions of zennosoftware authorized to another e-mail address.

Devs said, there are problems in your system. Net framewokr 2.0-3.5 components are broken. What OS you install the software on?

Thank you for your help, I am using windows server 2008 and for some reasons the .NET 3.5 was not installed/activated in the server manager / features.
I followed this guide, in case that can help someone else: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/sqlblog/2010/01/08/how-to-installenable-net-3-5-sp1-on-windows-server-2008-r2-for-sql-server-2008-and-sql-server-2008-r2/

I'll let you know if the auth issue happens again but it looks like it should be good now.

And you will notice that like last time, it has been around 2 weeks since the last crash.

I checked again in the server manager and .net framework 2.0-3.5 is installed and activated.

Any suggestions ? Anything you could change for your license checking process ? Does that happen to anyone else ?

When this error happens again, run Diagnostic.exe from program folder and send us resulted report.zip.

When it happens both zennoposter and project maker crash. Is it still going to diagnose something for you ?
Depending on the time of the license check, I can find out many hours later.

Problem with connnection to our server.
Try changing our domain in zennoposter.exe.config file (open it wiith text editor) and set userarea-us.zennolab.com instead of userarea.zennolab.com

It happened again, even with the change of domain in zennoposter.exe.config
I don't have the popup asking about credentials anymore but both zennoposter and project maker crashed.
I sent the new report.zip to support


Maybe it is a different issue now ? Maybe just a stability problem with zenno ?

Then please delete license on your computer in Hardware section in user panel - https://userarea.zennolab.com/lk/userarea/UserAddHardware.aspx
And completely reinstall the software.
