I have got a problem with a template. I am using a 'Write to file' block to write some data in a file and sometimes it doesn't work. And I can see the error message :

Warning! You are trying to edit the file XXXX attached to a list or a table, this may cause problems. For files bound to lists and tables, use the proper tools.

Which 'proper tool' should I use instead ?

As the file is bound to some list or table, Proper tool is Operations with list/tables in this case.
You should use Add line operation to add write data to the file.
