Did not renew my old domain name, still logged in Zenno but how to change my email?

Hi all,

I'm really stuck on this one.

My domain name wasn't renewed on time, and my hosting provider is asking for a significant amount of money to restore it.

I'm still logged into my Zenno Poster account and upgraded to Zenno Poster PRO last month.

How can I change my email address, please? Because when my domain is purchased by someone else(small chances for me to get it back as it will go on auction somewhere), they will receive Zenno news and obviously realize I have an account. They could simply steal my Zenno license and all the other Zenno softwares I have purchased.

I've been a customer since 2011 (but with this email address since 2015), and I kindly ask the admin for a little help on this please, as I'm totally stuck (and just upgraded).

What is this please? Is there a way to switch my zenno license to this federated entity?

Hi Dzair,

I did but they are telling me that they cannot change the email address.
I never had any issues with my account, this is the first time in 10 years.
