Create variables in batch using CSV header names

I have a csv with headers, is it possible to create variables in batch using csv header names?

Does not work like this? Or you want your variables to be named like your csv file headers :?

My question was how to create the variable names in batch and match them with the left column name A to F etc

How do you think to use those variables, if you don't know what their names will be?

I know their names, I just want to create them in batch.
