Change source while site loading possible?

Hi all,

I ask myself, if it ist possible to change the source frome a script file while page is loading.

I picked live.com just for showing:

While loading ww.live.com the scriptfile ConvergedLogin_PCore.js is loading from an url. I like to change the source so that my script file is loading from localhost instead. Like the host file do with domains, but only filebased. Hope you understand me.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks for you idea. Maybe it look like what i am searching for, but i dont have such javascript knowledge to test your answer.

Maybe this can be implemented in Content policy as additional "use" to redirect one url to an other.
