[SOLVED] Bug with encoding

There is some bugs in file action.
I'm scraping text from web and used file action to save this text but zenno changing encoding as it needs
Encoding UTF-8 without BOM <=== saw this encoding.
And of course apostrophe is like i do not know what

Open file with NotePad, not NotaPad++
Sometimes NotePad++ show wrong data even if NotePad has zero problem with file and Zennoposter will work without any problems with it.
Try it.
