Browse for image , what is the trick?

Hey there

I am stuck on this template where I need to browse for image, I tried to get macros and pick file from directory (where I places images) but it's not inputting anything.
I get this browsing window opening, the one that lets you pick a file from your disk drive.
What is the trick here please, I could see some of you managed but didn't reveal how.
