activate hardware in userarea

I have two PC, on one i using ZP and PM, on second using allways only PM . Lets call they PC1 and PC2 .

Very often, i need activate PC1. I never run on PC2 ZP. And yesterday, Zenno on first look works, but it did not, i discovery this problem, when restart, and when try up ZP, get message that i need activate on PC1 hardware in userarea

1. 1 or 2 times by month i must activate on PC1 hardware , why ?
2. Zenno on first look works but did not, i do not know that , and not get notice

Dont understand what you mean.

You may get warning about unauthorized hardware if something change on your server configuration.

Where i get warning, becouse i not get, and in what case i need activate hardware, i mean, i allways run ZP only on main PC1 ?

No, i go on userarea, and activated hardware on PC1 .

I thing that problem with activated/deactivated not with processor

If you provide estimate time and date when hardware was changed i will ask developers to check logs to get more information

I do not know exactly time, becouse i see problem in morning, i see that results of zenno bots not have, can you see in logs when i last time activated " A1-PC" hardware ?

And what is trigger for that, if all is ok, If i user ZP on 2 PC, is this correct, example, i want use ZP on PC2, i must activated hardware for PC2 ?

I got new information about this topic
When active hardware may change:
1) ~ Once in 2 months we reload all licenses and when this happen your last used machine can be activated. And you'll need to change it in user area like you usually do
2) When something is changed on any authorized Pcs new license data is sent to our servers and changed PC become active automatically cause server count this as new installation.

This mean, if i download new or some old instalation on PC2, i need to check and is changed and activated hardware on PC2?

That means that zennoposter automatically detects if hardware data was changed on PC where software is installed and it automatically update license details on our servers which makes this hardware as primary one.
