Try selecting another method of solving - FireFox or httprequest.
And maybe you should try different proxies, not rotating.

I can tell you from experience stormproxies is the worse proxy provider.

it depends on how you solve captcha, i've always used zenno to solve it, then got some problems and i was forced to try a free template from the russian forum, and i dont know how they make it work, but i got over 95% sucess in solving it, and i'm getting a shit ton of captcha, but at the end of the day, the results matter, and since i'm getting captcha i think that the success rate went thru the roof.

I started with 95%+ success rate too, but it quickly down... Maybe I have few proxies for my current workload.
How many proxies do you use? How many jobs per minute are requested? Do you use Chrome solution method?
